BDA is a Beijing-based investment consultancy founded in 1994. Over the past two decades, BDA has built a reputation for high caliber advice that is wholly independent and expeditiously delivered. Our clients include some of the world’s largest and most successful financial institutions – venture capital, private equity, hedge funds and sovereign wealth funds – and selected multi-national corporations. We assist our clients to make profitable investment decisions, principally through commercial due diligence services and independent, fundamental research. Our geographic focus is China and neighboring markets, including North East Asia (Japan and South Korea), South East Asia (principally Indonesia and Vietnam) and South Asia (India).
