With over 27 years of expertise, this real estate business has completed projects in 26 cities in China as well as 4 in the US. It is now exploring the potential business opportunities in Europe. It also owns a wholly-owned professional tennis subsidiary, providing professional tennis education and world class tournaments.
The company is now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic UK education partner to open a new school with in the Zengcheng district in Guangzhou. The business is considering; one senior high school, one junior high school, one primary school and two kindergartens, either in form of pure international school or dual-track Chinese-English school, as the latter one is more welcomed, aimed at ages 3-18 year olds. The business would like to open the school in 2018 so ideally would like to reach a cooperation agreement, (the company are flexible but would prefer a joint venture), with a UK education partner this year.
