In addition, if the potential partners are brand owners, the company can help the UK company on marketing and branding in China via its existing media network. Generally speaking, British brands with some recognition in China and brands that are known in the UK that are similar with Chinese consumer habits tend to be able to enter the Chinese market more easily. It is also generally necessary for brands to have a marketing budget to raise brand awareness in market.

The company require a USD$15,000 refundable deposit and USD$1,000 annual fee where the brand acts as a seller on the site. For store management, apart from the fees necessary to employ a Third Party company. The e-marketplace will charge commissions ranging from 2%-10% depending on the product category.
