Shaanxi-based company is seeking British food and beverage brands for its new restaurant.
A Shaanxi-based farm product agent is looking to bring UK food and drink brands to Xi’an. The founder of the company has extensive experience with UK companies. The company:
- is involved in the sale and distribution of farm products
- has established channels to supply local Chinese food stores, restaurants and supermarkets
The business model would include a small restaurant serving Western-style:
- breads
- doughnuts
- pastries
- beverages
- simple meals eg salads and sandwiches
It's considering 3 different locations for the restaurant. It will include an area of around 500 m2 for seating, kitchen and food display cabinets. The locations under review include modern shopping malls, with a large flow of people, and a site close to several universities.
