The property development company was founded in the 1980s and with headquarters in Shenzhen. It is looking for potential partners for its strategic development within the healthcare sector.
It is currently developing 3 projects across 3 cities in China:
- project 1: 1,000 m2 venue - high-end healthcare institute / clinic for local residents (4000 households)
- project 2: 4 floors of 4000 m2 - elderly care and rehabilitation nursing home for local residents (8000 households plus surrounding cities)
- project 3: 4 floors of 3000 m2 - elderly care and rehabilitation nursing home, targeting surrounding cities
The UK partners would be expected to plan and operate in any or all of the projects.
