China is frequently in the news – and the messages can be conflicting.  What is the true situation, and what does it mean for Newcastle businesses considering China as an export market?

Chi Onwurah, Labour MP for Newcastle upon Tyne Central & Shadow Minister for Culture & the Digital Economy, the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC) and UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) have combined forces to bring you an insightful workshop on the business climate in China today.  This will focus on the rapidly changing situation, what it means to businesses, taking a realistic approach to seizing opportunity and managing risk.

The workshop will be of interest to Newcastle companies already working with China or considering it as an export market.
