China is home to the world’s largest radio telescope and the world’s two fastest supercomputers. It has doubled its R&D spending since 2010, and forecast to the world’s largest spender on R&D by 2022. It is pouring funding into supporting ‘mass innovation and entrepreneurship’ under its 13th Five Year Plan. How can innovative businesses form partnerships and successfully sell products in China or jointly develop solutions for the China market as well as third party markets?
