In conjunction with Woodburn Accountants & Advisors, CBBC is running a quarterly workshop on China's legal, tax, HR and compliance updates. This live event is targeted at companies that are already established in China and need transparency and clarification on the administrative pain points that they are experiencing.

Topics that we will explore in Q4 2023 include:

1. Year-end compliance needs to start - what decisions have to be made and what are the timelines?
2. The implications of IIT deductions extended for expatriates and super-deductions being lowered for all employees.
3. How is the development of e-fapiao's in China progressing?
4. How are the social insurance/housing fund requirements limiting the expansion of companies to hire individuals outside of their city of establishment?
