Dulwich College Beijing
In August 2005, Dulwich College first opened its doors to students in Beijing. Since then the College has grown and now has three campuses with over 1460 students on roll ranging in age from 12 months to 18 years. We are a twenty-first century school and couple outstanding ICT facilities with an extremely modern approach.
Borne from a diverse environment and student body, our curriculum is based on the enhanced English National Curriculum up to Year 9, IGCSE courses for students in Years 10 and 11, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IBDP) in Years 12 and 13. All students study compulsory Mandarin up to the end of Year 9, with many continuing with it as an examination subject in the Senior School years.
Dulwich College Beijing is accredited by the Council of International Schools and Western Association of School and Colleges. In the 2016-2017 academic year, Dulwich has been honoured to receive three distinctions: the prestigious British International School Award in the “Teaching Initiative of the Year” category, a Diplomats’ Choice in the “Best International School” category, as well as being named “Best International School” at the Expat Life Awards!
Dulwich College Beijing is grounded in the 400 years of educational excellence and innovation of our founding and partner school, Dulwich College London. The Dulwich College International network has schools in Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Seoul, Myanmar, and Singapore. Students have the opportunity to meet representatives from over 50 universities and colleges worldwide who visit the school every year. Each year, our graduates are accepted at, and gain scholarships to, some of the best universities worldwide. Every graduating class has successful Ivy League applicants.
