Since 2014, the group has accelerated its investment in education; so far, it directly owns 2 bilingual schools, one in Chengdu, one in Qingdao. The school in Chengdu accommodates students from primary school to high school, while the school in Qingdao accommodates students from middle school to high school – both schools teach IGCSE and A-Level curriculum. The group also owns 3 high-end kindergartens in Shanghai.
In five years, the group plans to open 8 more bilingual schools. The group hopes to find a stable source for recruiting international teachers, particularly UK teachers experienced with IGCSE and A-level courses/curriculum. The firm is looking to either work with a well-established UK agency/partner who can supply teachers, or UK universities who cultivate teachers capable of teaching at private schools in China.
