As a result, this company is looking for partners to design and develop a module to deliver constant temperature and humidity levels for household air conditioners. The partner should have the capability not only to design and develop, but also to produce and supply the modules. More specific features of the module are:
1. Temperature control accuracy:±0.2℃;humidity control accuracy:±5%RH
2. Size of humidity module: in order to be able to fit in the Air conditioner, its maximum size will be 300*300*400mm, which will include all the components (electronic, water deposit, pipe, etc.).
3. Humidification capacity: 800ml/h, with the capability to deliver it constantly.
4. Service life of the module: over 10 years.
5. Provided with control logic of constant temperature and humidity and instructions for function control.
6. The module must user-friendly for the general operation, and more specifically for the action of changing or refilling the water from the deposit.
7. The humidifying effect is even and covers large areas, at least to meet the humidification needs of a living room. It is open to different ways of distributing the water particles/droplets as long as the humidity remains even across the room.
