On 1 September 2022, China’s new data cross-border transfer regulations will come into force with important implications for how foreign companies manage the personal data of Chinese citizens.
This offline/online event will highlight the key requirements of the new regulations, breakdown by sectors and tips on compliance.
Breakfast will be provided at the King & Wood Mallesons’ London office. Mark Schaub in London will be joined by China data experts Atticus Zhao and Jerry Wang joining in via live stream from Shanghai to answer all questions.
